Dr. Şeyda Ok graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2016 with Honours Degree. Immediately after her undergraduate graduation, She started her master's degree at Gazi University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Marketing in 2016. During her education, she worked as an assistant specialist in the financial affairs department of the logistics sector. In 2019, she completed her graduate thesis on consumers' perceptions of brand personality. In 2020, she started her education in Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Department of Business Administration PhD programme and completed it in 2024. Since April 2021, she has been working as a research assistant in the Marketing Department of OSTİM Technical University. She has national and international articles, book chapters and papers on brand, digital marketing and consumer behaviour.
